Jim and Brooke Soppe of California are pleased to announce the birth of their daughter Quinn Caroline.
Quinn was born Oct. 28, 2012. She weighed 7 lbs. 11 oz. and was 20 inches long at birth.
She joins two older sisters, Mylie and Zoey, at home.
Local grandparents are Leon and Arlene Soppe of West Union.
