County assessor ready to appraise retirement

As the Fayette County Board of Supervisors awaits a recommendation for a new County Assessor, the outgoing official, Joe Flores, is anticipating the opportunity to assess his retirement firsthand.   

Flores noted that he informed the Fayette County Conference Board this past summer that he would be turning retirement age in March and of his intentions to stepping down.
