Parks & Rec soccer registration deadline Aug. 12

West Union Parks & Rec is currently taking registration for its fall and spring soccer programs.

Interested players must have turned 6 years old by Aug. 1, 2014, to be eligible.

Practices will be held on Thursdays at 5:15 and 6:15 p.m., depending upon the age and number of children registered.

The registration deadline is Tuesday, Aug. 12.

The soccer program also needs coaches and officials for the program. People interested in officiating could earn from $10-$75 per Saturday, depending upon position and number of games worked.
