Knob Prairie Golf over $500,000

Saturday, Aug. 9, marked the end of the Knob Prairie Golf Tournament and Benefit.

This year, the benefit earned $23,705, bringing the 14-year total to over $510,858.00, with every penny going to recreational opportunities for local youth.

The money this year will go toward a new restroom by the shelter at the Rec Complex and to help upgrade the equipment in the school’s weight room.
