Mr. and Mrs. Charles Jacobsen
Charles and Dolores (Anfinson) Jacobsen of West Union were married Dec. 3, 1955, at Stavanger Lutheran Church in rural Ossian.
They will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary with a catered family dinner in their home.
The couple have eight children, Kevin (Linda) of St. Charles, Mo., Kendall of West Union, Karen (Victor) Schmitz, also of West Union, Kirk (Dawn) and Kerry (Lisa), both of Clermont, Kyle of West Union, Kory (Erin) of Ridgeway, and Kalen (Kathleen) of Cresco. Their family also includes 19 grandchildren and five great- grandchildren.
