Rick and Jackie Trumm of Elgin are pleased to announce that they will soon be opening West Union’s newest retail business, Tindell Shoes, at 100 S. Vine.  The couple formerly owned and operated the well-known shoe store in Postville for many years. The target date for opening will be mid- to late September.
