Mr. and Mrs. Gary Maurer
Gary and Nancy Maurer of Independence will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a dinner and open house on Sunday, Oct. 30. The celebration will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Community Plaza, 25 West Charles, Oelwein.
All relatives and friends are invited to help celebrate this special occasion. Your presence is the only gift the couple desire.
Gary and Nancy (Reed) were married Oct. 29, 1966, at Grace Lutheran Church in Fayette.
They are the parents of three daughters, Michele (Galen) Kelly of Fayette, Missy (Steve) Rau of Stanley, and Margie (Bret) Lau of Aurora. They also have eight grandchildren.
