Denice Nichols (Leo Michels) of Hazleton; paternal great grandparents: Gene and Doris Sieck and Ab and Judy Bunn all of Maynard; maternal aunt and uncle: Jessica Lamphere (Jake Smith) of Marengo and Joe Lamphere of Fayette; paternal uncles: Scott (Stacy) Fink of Oelwein and Brett Fink of Maynard; 4 cousins: Holly, Abrielle, Karter and Marley; many great aunts and uncles, and extended cousins.

Greeted in heaven by sister: Harper Grace Fink on January 24, 2019; maternal great grandfathers: Gerald “Jerry” Lamphere and Dean Nichols; and paternal great grandfather: Dale Fink.
