Celebrate Ruth Moser’s life at a Memorial Reception, from 2:00-3:30 p.m., Saturday, June 12, at the West Union Recreation Center Shelter House, 928 North Pine Street.

  Ruthie loved the outdoors and spent time strolling the paths at this park and attending the evening water aerobics.
